ASH BAT DOWELS

We sell ash bat dowels in a variety of grades and sizes to meet our customers specific needs:

 A  2-3/4" x 37"  Select AW (All White) Dowel

A  2-3/4" x 37"  Select Mixed Color Dowel

A  2-3/4" x 37"  #1 AW (All White) Dowel

A  2-3/4" x 37"  #1 Mixed Color Dowel

A  2-3/4" x 37"  #2 AW (All White) Trophy Dowel

A  2-3/4" x 37"  #2 Mixed Color Dowel

A  2-3/4" x 35"  #1 & Better, AW & Mixed Color Dowel

A  2-1/2" x 37"  #2 & Better, AW & Mixed Color Dowel (Little League and Fungo)

A  2-1/2" x 32"  #2 & Better, AW & Mixed Color Dowel (Little League)

A  2-3/4" x 37"  SETUP Dowel (a less expensive, lower grade dowel so that you don't have to use expensive dowels for setup or trial and error.)

Our "Mixed Color" graded dowels contain dowels that will be either all brown dowels or a dowel containing both brown and white color, most of the dowels will show the white color.  Most of these dowels will turn out a mostly white bat.  In the "#2" and "#2 & Better" grades, AW (all white) dowels will be mixed in.

Though some superstition has it that brown wood (or heartwood) is inferior to white wood, it is not true.  Good brown colored wood is just as strong as good white wood.

2-3/4" Dowels are packed 203 pieces per pallet.

2-1/2" Dowels are packed 255 pieces per pallet.
